Sailing Calendar

The program willconsist of lectures and on-the-water drills including tactics, strategy, sailtrim, boatspeed, etc., together with information on what is important fordeveloping a successful Olympic campaign. Coaches utilize daily video footage, archival footage, chalk talks, landdemos and on-the-water exercises. Atrainer is also brought in to work with the sailors on physical fitnessroutines and how to train their bodies to perform on the water. Nightly guest speakers and presentationsround out the experience by showing the sailors what other avenues of sailingare available to them.
