Sailing Calendar

The annual Shelter Island Yacht Club 420/Laser Racing Clinic and regatta will feature a top level coaching staff compromised of the country's best college sailors and Olympic hopefuls including Thomas Barrows, Charlie Modica, Maggie Shea and Cy Thompson. Come join us for 2 clinic days full of on-the-water drills and classroom sessions. The third day of the event will be a full day of racing. Take advantage of this rare opportunity to work with these coaches at such a low sailor-to-coach ratio. One night of the clinic will feature a speaker presentation about the Olympic road.
