The Fordham Sailing Team is buying new mainsails and is offering its

10 used mainsails at a very attractive price for a club team just getting started, a high school team, Junior sailing program, or for other backup use. All are Winters sails and they averaged only two days of use during the College Sailing fall and spring seasons, so they are in reasonably decent shape. One has a torn baton pocket, which must be sewed. Six were purchased in September 2001 and the other four were purchased in 2004 & 2005.

They are not Class-legal and thus are designed for single fleet use only. If you go to the Home Page of our team web site, www.fordham.edu/athletics/sailing, you will see a good picture taken of them, within the past year, as the boats were sailing downwind.

All 10 may be purchased for $600; the original six may be purchased for $300, and the four newer ones may be purchased for $300. Shipping charges are extra. The sails may also be picked up at Morris Yacht & Beach Club on City Island, New York.
